What is MyExecLoop?

I still find this whole building an App concept exciting!

I developed MyExecLoop as a way of encouraging people to share the task of finding themselves a job. As an exec recruiter, if I interview ten CFOs in a week the chances are I will only place a fraction of them in the moment of time they are available or motivated to look for a new opportunity. Let’s say I place three of them, what happens to the other seven?

Most recruiters aren’t thinking about this. I am, and I care.

If I help everyone that I meet a little, I’m sure that they will remember me, my business and recommend or refer other great candidates to me, and hopefully engage me to recruit for them.

MyExecLoop is a smartphone networking App which reminds you to stay in touch with the best of your connections through simple nudges, which you program.   

You add your best network connections onto MyExecLoop, but before you even think about organising meetings or even downloading it, you need to carry out three simple tasks: 

1 – Build your message

2 – Map out your network

3 – Schedule meetings

 Over the next few blogs I will go through each of these steps in turn to help you. Most people only network when they need something, so when it comes to networking it always seems to feel like a real chore. If it was only a couple of messages a month, you would never find yourself in this situation again. Sound good?
